when scanning suddenly it stops and error 1101. and it can not scan later suddenly it is able to scan again.
the same goes on and on.
any idea?

I'd start by doing a continuous ping to make sure the connection isn't dropping out.

1101 SMTP/POP3 server does not exist on the network. Network issue... start with new cable, cable end, reboot network, unplug & replug machine. Correct server name or network settings

Use the IP address instead of the hostname to eliminate DNS/Netbios name resolution.
