We have a customer that does a lot of faxes on a Kyocera M3550. The registration switch broke inside and is throwing a paper jam. They customer didn't realize this till there are about 100 faxes in jobs pending. It would be a very time consuming job to change this switch. We have other used M3550 on hand. Does someone know if these faxes, already in memory as paused print jobs, can be forwarded to an email or fax number.
Or where are these stored on the printer. Would it be possible to swap a board on another machine to retrieve them? The customer is pretty desperate for them. I think this will push them to push measures in place to insure they are forwarded to email as well in the future.
