Kyocera M3145 weird click after installing MK3262

Hi guys, Kyocera M3145idn, brought in the shop because the fuser needed replaced, drum needed replaced, so I went ahead & did the 300K kit & after installing the fuser assy, (only on initial turn on) it will click when it is running the fuser pressure drive. After it makes 2 clicks, it then completes the drive for pressure & all is fine. I thought maybe I installed crooked or didn't install correctly, but I reinstalled it with the drive lobes down, & it will click 2 times, then finish the warm-up & after that, the machine is super quiet.. made over 100 pages & no noises at all. If I turn it off or unplug it, I get the same 2 clicks when powering on and then its fine. It didn't do any clicking prior to me doing the fuser. Any suggestions??

Does it click with the old fuser in it? If not then the new fuser may have a clamp defect.

Yeah... I reinstalled the old fuser & sure enough, same click... didn't notice it before, but yep, It does the same click as the new one... so I put the new fuser back in & it only clicks 1 time on start up.. I did it several times at power up it clicks 1 time and then its fine... I'm now wondering if the click is more of a re-setting ratchet, because the pressure is already at max, then turn it off, then back on, 1 click like a ratchet resetting to then re-apply pressure to start a new power up procedure....Hmmm
