    Mita 3648SR Wide Format copier

    exp lamp stays on all the time. not sure if this problem is related but also background on copies. last call i cleaned everything & did drum potential adjustment and copies looked great. customer called about 2 weeks after and background again. went back and only way i could get good copies was exp all the way on the lightest setting. i tried adjusting exp,bias,drum potential, etc. none of the adj made a difference with the background when exp set in middle position. any help with these 2 problems greatly appreciated. TIA

    PS, anyone have a parts machine if i need a board or other parts? is there any compaines that repair the boards for this model? where can i get new parts for this?

      A bad drum potential sensor is very possible on that machine, have seen it more then once. Any C-Codes?

          thanks 1087, will that bad sensor cause the exp lamp to stay on all the time? can you tell me where i can get the sensor?
