    Ecosys M3655 Scan issue

    Is there a way to set the default for the scan to automatically scan all sizes of paper? I have a customer that scans legal sheets and it is cutting off the last few inches and leaving it blank as if it's a letter size paper. The rest of the scan is fine. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

      It's in system menu>original settings>Auto Detect original size

          Yes.. Go into System menu, Common settings, Original settings, then Auto detect original size DP, turn it ON.. get back out of the menu. Turn machine off & back on & it will be set to read every original that is fed through the Doc Processor
