[Misc] Colourful vertical "Test" Lines on Print, Ecosys M5521

    Hi there Community,

we have a Kyocera Ecosys M5521 CDW.

Because of some dirty stripes on the printout, we changed the complete Cleaning Blade Assy.
    The result loks like this:

If we print about 3-4 pages it disappears, but reappers after a few minutes of doing nothing or starting the printer new.

    Where is the failure???

    Greetings from Germany

But how could the Transfer Belt produce such a graphical exact pattern?
in my opinion there must be a part in the printer, that produces that pattern?!?
The transfer belt is a part with no intelligence, or am i wrong?

I thought it could only place some smears on the paper, caused by waste toner on the belt.

When the machine performs it's calibrations it writes colored patches on the transfer belt in rows in that specific location, which are then evaluated to adjust machine settings. If those patches are not successfully cleaned off the primary transfer belt, they will appear on subsequent prints. This specific model has known issues with transfer belt cleaning, that will be solved with a new belt assembly. Also check that the transfer belt waste auger is not backed up, exacerbating the issue. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ive had this exact thing. The transfer belt waste auger is packed up and not cleaning. If it didnt break the gears you can take it apart and clean it out.
