Hello, I have this machine that causes jamming problems jam 0511, I find a sheet stuck in the fixing unit and a sheet immediately after the paper pick-up (the paper pick-up takes place), if I take the paper pick-up and the a4 drawer and pass it into the a3 compartment the machine works, if I use the bypass the machine works so the problem is in a4 the upper drawer, has anyone already solved this problem?Thank you.

How many pages on the unit? How many times has it had the jam? Have you replaced the feed rollers already? -

Try changing the paper from letter to letter R. If this works to me it usually indicates a timing issue. For some reason Letter R seems to work better with timing issues. If that helps with the jams, I would look at drive clutches and the sensor for registration.Comment
