This is 1 of the biggest misunderstandings i get nearby every day.
Running directions...
Typical phone call: i have stripes on the paper, what can be the reason?

But based on your sample the line seems to be horizontal on A3, like the other case on A4
Both line are visible against running direction,
I did not know that the Tomcat can feed paper with a width of 420mm in running direction/ leading edge.

sorry for not replying. Issue is kind of olved, customer decided to throw out the machine and buy a new one.
Personally i'd have liked to tr and fix the issue but new parts for this series are too expensive to just buy them and i dont think we have many of these coming in for some time, in total only have 4 more out in the field and i am not realy sure if one of these customers even still exists or know that they have a maintenance contract with us because they didnt order a single toner for the past 3 years and never did a service call either but the bills are getting paid sooooooo
