    Kyocera 2551 color printing problem

Kyocera 2551ci DI machine is not printing well. Please view the file attached to see how the printout looks. Has anyone experienced it before? What is the solution please?

What have you done so far?

I get the feeling that you are an enduser, not really ready to service your copier. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for your reply, here are the things I did.
I have calibrated 3x, developer refresh 2x, drum refresh 2x. It still didn't give me expected results.
      Thanks.

First: Try printing this on your largest paper and post the resulting prints. See attachment:
Second: Get yourself a service manual.
Third: Check the service life of your consumables (see #2), and post that information here.
Fourth: Note what print language/print driver that you're using (KPDL/PS3 or PCLXL).

With that information I can offer an option. Possibly an intelligent opinion. =^..^=
