I have been reading about upgraded firmware for these machines to fix PDF printing issues. Could someone give me some more info or the upgraded software?

PDF problem
PDF printing will work the best if you install the UG-32 option. A small USB key that will enable printing large and fast PDF's. Pricey.... $350.00 or so...Then install PS drivers and it will work fine. Russ

Thanks. The machine already has the USB PDF option installed. The client that has this machine has issues using the Print Client software. Most PDF's print out just fine but there is a small percentage of files that do not print. If you open the file using adobe it prints. the problem is that they print a lot of files at one time and if there is a file the machine will not print none of them print and the user has to go through each and every file to find the one that will not print.Comment

Ok... could they be running vista 64?Comment

I do not believe so. The user has had 2 different Computers. 1 with XP Pro and one with Vista (not sure if 64bit) but the problem was still occurring with the XP.Comment

Well... What level is firmware? Controller should be 1.20.00. Printer should be 108X14J and printer driver for PS should be 102. Russ

The Printer Version is 108X13J and the Controller Version is 1.08.25. Do you have the updated Firmware?Comment
