Service documentation no longer available to small business dealers?

Does Kyocera no longer allow small business dealer partners access to service and parts manuals? I just went through the portal for a SM on a FS-3900dn and all I could see available to me were print drivers and user manuals.
I used to be able to get all service and parts manuals. Even for the Taskalfa 15000C. Now I get Jack Diddly.

Did they strip that feature from small dealers?

I am in the same boat and understand that the "Higher ups" are making a decision on it. I have sold several machines and am in a real mess if I can't get the info etc. Who knows ?
