TaskAlfa 7002 mark on back of page

    Howdy folks

Working on a 7002. When printing a status page i get a mark on the back side of the page. If i run a font page only the first page has the mark and the following pages are clean. First thought was transfer belt. Swapped that and the problem seemed to be worse. Ran ID sensor calibration and half tone and it went back to how it was.

We have swapped drum, fuser, transfer, side door, DV. Not much left but at a bit of a loss on this one. Pics attached. Its always in the same spot on the back of the page. Front side is fine. I did get one page i had 3 marks on it and the spacing in the SM says thats either the charge roller or the DV sleave but we already swapped those from another machine with no success.

New to Kyocera. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

These machines are well known for dumping toner, that collects in the registration roller cleaner and the developing unit ducting. Replacing the developing unit halts the original cause, but does nothing for the residual toner remaining in the registration roller cleaner and developing ducts that are still packed with toner.

Remove the developing unit and completely clean the registration area and the developer ducting, including the suction fan on the back of the machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was hoping I'd see a answer from you

I did have the dv out. It wasn't Terribly dusted and I did wipe up around the reg but I didn't check the paper dust cleaner.

Could that cause first page only?

I'll have a look when we get back. Going back to a TA6004 I just changed tray 3 tandem rollers in and getting alot of double feeding!
