Kyocera P3055dn Check cassette 1

Hi,

Printer is showing check cassette 1 error upon closing. If Tray 1 remain open error will not show. As the tray is closed it shows check cassette error. The tray lift up motor is not working or any gear worn out? Printer restarts with normal sound. No noise.

Any advice to fix this issue?

I check lift motor by pressing the cassette size switches on the bottom right side
when tray is removed, then I lift the feed roller unit up to check the upper limit sensor.
It should stop the lift motor at that time. I run the lift gear all the way around to
insure the lift motor assembly isn't damaged.
