    KM 4035

I am working on a Km 4035 in shop preparing to take out. I first had to swap-out the adf receptacle on copier then I swapped out the fuser unit with one from a KM 2530. A C-6000 came up on the 4035 however the heater lamps do come on for about 30-45 secs. before coding out. I swapped back fuser units and still get the code. Is there a reset I'm unaware of or is there something I could've done from the described work to have caused this problem???
    Thanks!!!

Sim 163 to reset fuser and don't believe the fusers on these models are compatable

Tried both reset procedures with both fuser units cleaned the connector YC 10 plus additional connectors to the fuser on backside of copier; still no luck. Any other thoughts???
        Thanks!!!

C6000 : Broken fixing heater wire U have to reset the error code by using simulation 163

Fuser Km4035 have 2 thermistors KM2530 got only one then they are NOT compatible

          Possibles causes
Poor contact in the fixing unit thermistor 1 or 2 connector terminals.
Fixing unit thermistor 1 or 2 installed incorrectly.
Fixing unit thermostat triggered. (check continuity)
Fixing unit heater M or S installed incorrectly.
Broken fixing unit heater M or S wire.

You can also check the 5 fuses on the Power supply board
