[Misc] Kyocera Ecosys MFP Error printouts

    Hello everyone,

I have a Kyocera Ecosys M6635cidn multi-function printer and scanner. It was working fine. The customer has upgraded to Windows 11, and now whenever it wakes up from sleeping, it prints a 2-line page saying:

    Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1

    Host: Localhost

Uninstalled Printer, reinstalled -- no change
Updated printer firmware -- no change
Switched USB cable to another USB port -- no change

Thank you for your consideration and time.

To solve this, I would use the access control list on the device, or change the RAW port to something else rather than 9100.
If the printer is connected to a single PC with only USB, this does not make sense and I don't have an answer.

      BR.

This is the response it got from support.

Hello and thank you for contacting Kyocera support.

That isn’t a specific machine failure. I did a search and found some references, you might do the same.
