    Kyocera ECOSYS M2735dw

    Hi,

we have this Machine at a customer where it will do paper jams and "Ghost Letters" on pre-printed paper only. The Paper itself is the same as normal DIN A4 80g Paper and has been used or the past 2 years.
Anybody know why we would suddenl get those errors and how to fix them?

Ghost print on preprinted paper? I’ve had similar on other Kyocera MFPs where the toner on the preprint paper is re-melting in the fuser of the kyocera. The fix has been to set the paper type slightly thinner. This has the effect of reducing the fuser temp and therefore the offset.

No jam code, paper jams just before entering drum unit section.

The Ghost prints i thought so as well. changed paper type to something (dont know the exact name anymore) significantly thinner and still the same result. Also Toner is properly fused to the paper and no traces of toner left on any unit. Also the Ghost prints are not sharp but only uneven dots in the form of where text was on the first page.
Only happens when you print two pages at once as well. First paper looks fine, second paper is fcked up.

      Also about the Ghost Prints:
It is not the toner from the preprinted pages. It is the Text from the first side being replicated in a dissorted form on the second page. On the big A3 Machines this would usually be a ITB issue.
