I bought these load of second hand mAchines . I stored them in my warehouse for some months till i sell them . LAst machines when printing and copying , appeared a dark background in the direction of charge roller. Yestarday one of these machines appeared this background for the first print but next 1500 prints were ok. I transfered it to client but this backgound now is on every print or copy. I tryed with drum refresh , calibration , there were i little improvement at few copies but to the next the same. Any idea?

When they sit you get dead area where the charge roller sits, you may have to install a new drum unit.

first problem you bought them second hand. second problem you stored them for months. third problem you haven't stated that you replaced any parts before taking the machine to the customer. and yet seem to expect it to just work? no bueno. i would only use those for parts machine. and in the process hope the part works. but not be disappointed when it doesn't work. you do know how old those are right?

My supplier sells to me perfect machines with low counters . This machine has 50k.
For soem resons i had to store them . All i ask if i can do anything?
