taskalfa 5002 scan

I have installed several scanner setup for this machine . But in one laptop while i follow the exact same procedure i fail and i can not scan.
Is there any problem because want to scan from laptop?
Also the host name is LAPTOP-0674U4 IS THERE ANY PROBLEM WITH SIGN "-" ?
aNY IDEA?

Try using the IP address of the laptop instead of the host name. Does this work?
A "-" (dash) is allowed in the hostname.

Make sure the laptop network is set to private and not public.

look for anti-virus and firewall blocking you.
