At BLACK AND WHITE PRINTS letters were grey. I tried to fix it and finally i added manually black toner and started to work fine. After 2 toner replacements suddenly started the same. Any idea?

When print test page from laser's menu program is ok. Any idea why test page print is ok and not other prints?
is it a kyocera toner and other supplies are kyocera? what are the copy default settings? density? jpg? text? text and jpg? and what is the original document? images? text? both?
