    Dear All,
I know this topic is very old but I find it handy because of the issue with my copier. In my own case, my staff was using it when paper jammed, the paper was removed but the printer started showing "machine failure" without any error code attached. Hence, I opened the back and discovered that fan above the fuser drive gear is broken, I then replaced it from my other 6030 from the scrap room but neither the fan now the fuser drive gear is spinning.
Please I need help fixing this issue asap.
    Thanks.

You'll be able to view the current error message on the machines webpage or in service mode U904. You'll need to know the code first. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
