Less secure apps & your Google Account - Google Account Help

June 15th, 2024 you will be unable to turn on LSA.
September 30th, 2024 LSA will be turned off for all accounts.

Only apps that support OAuth will be allowed to send email after that. Which I believe Kyocera's currently can't do?

What are we to do?

I am assuming this won't affect personal accounts with an app password, just workspace accounts. Who knows?

Less Secure Apps hasn't been a thing for 2 years. We had to switch everything to App Password. Less Secure apps is only on Google WORKSPACE which is business. So, just switch it to an account with 2FA and an app password, and you're golden.


.....But that will probably only last a year or 2 before changing it again.
