    Changing Admin log in and password

    Been hearing more and more about hackers entering the copiers. I'm trying to change "Admin" "Admin" i logged into command center and under Management settings went to AuthenticationI I changed the credentials there but once i log out i cant re-enter. I reset memory in U021 to factory, can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
