kyocera taskalfa 5002i background

MAchines are second hand and about 100k each. I have stored them in my warehause for about 3 months but when i tested them 7 of the 10 copiers had a little background on print and copy. Toner is genuin. Any idea how to fix it?

try the following:
drum refresh and dv refresh 2 times
Running from U952/ setup workflow
Check U139 temp/ humidity before

You mean run drum refresh and dev refresh two times the same order from system menu?
Then Run U952 (maintenance mode workflow)/execute/setup/u464/calibr/execute /start
Then run U139(temeperture Humidity)/start/developing/start

Is that the order?

Then Run U952 (maintenance mode workflow)/execute/setup/u464/calibr/execute /start
Then run U139(temeperture Humidity)/start/developing/start

Is that the order?

drum- and dv refresh 2 times from system menu
U952 complete setup workflow, not U464/ calib only.
U139 for controlling from enviroment.
Have had several cases with outer temp less 17 degree and internal temp between 18 - 20 degree.
Systems don`t like cold enviroments.

I prepared own workflows, take care for the attachments
Maybe it can be helpfull for you and others in future
The File [U952_ALLinONE_Int.V1.txt] you has to rename to [U952_ALLinONE_Int.V1.mwf] to be recognized under U952.

KYO shard his workflow with me a while back. I don't leave home without it. Whether you're changing a PWB or drum, it has every simulation you need to run and no more looking for the manual. Very cool.

aT U139 just enter U139 and press start?
After toner replecement image get worse . Client performed only drum and dev refresh two times and copy get even worse

U139 for check from external/ internal conditions only.
No affect for print quality!
If we have bad conditions, system can`t work probably.

Non original toner?
Red color label on cartridge real visible or not?
Which color we have for current installed waste toner, grey or black?
I ask for this, because if cartridge would used for waste in past, red label will be visible on the cartridge.
It`s difficult to install the preused cartridge, but i have seen it in past.
