    Utax cdc1725

    I Have a problem wiyh the colour reg/calibration on this machine. It was installed into customer site today with latest firmware, working fine in the workshop. Anyway since installation black has become very feint, magenta none existant and cyan feint- yellow ok. Took out all drums, devs and belt unit, checked laser slit glass, did drum refresh, dev refresh, attempted colour reg and calibration but half of the data is missing fom the page. Absolutely no error codes. We're only a recent (6 months) Utax dealer so aren't too familiar with fualts. Utax helpline USELESS! Any help out ther would be greatly appreciated.

      I have not had any color issues with these models.

      Until a few minutes ago I did not know that this Utax cdc1725 = Copystar CS-250ci = TASKalfa KM 250ci. Maybe the cross reference will help get you an answer. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
