    scan to shared network drive folder

    am trying to use scan to SMB to shared network drive on the server , i put all the information and the path as i usually do when i share the folder in C: driver, but seems doesnot work, i changed everything but no result, please help me if you have any idea.
    scan to sub folder on shared network drive, what i have to do? and how i write the path?

    dont use path use shared name of the folder ( usually SCANS )

        Also make sure the user name and password are correct of the pc hosting the folder (case sensitive) and make sure the shared folder has permissions to allow all to read and write to it.

          if they are using windows firewall or a virus program, make sure you put an acception for the copier ip address. as it will block scans as well..
