km 3040 c-9000

hello this machine send me this code i check the voltages its ok ,but when the customer lift the dp to make copies direct on the glass apears c9000 if its the board on dp i have the manual parts but doesnt have the dp part number any help.
i run sumulation 906 and still same problem

Disconnect the dp and test... if you get the error its the dp...

If you disconnect the DP(Doc Feeder?) shouldn't the problem go away if its the DP?
thanks for the help, the feeling is there's a short some place.... just a thought I'm still got my problem

if the problem goes away... then its the document processor...

you can either replace the document processor board and/or the harness... I would do both...

Replace the cable that goes from the copier to the DP..I have done this...There is a technical bulliten

Yes, had to replace the main logic pcb....
