Have a fax that will not pull paper out of the copy tray. After removing the covers and watching, noticed that all the gears are spinning but the solenoid on the spring clutch gear, will not fire. Spring clutch or solenoid? which do you see fail more often? Thanks

Clutch on a unit with high meter, solenoid was fine. I have only seen this one one machine though.

I'ts the spring inside the clutch housing - really could get deformed. have seen this happen a couple times. Replace the spring, not sure of the part # and you should be okay.
