what cause for this error?,i check already the Exposure and its ok my diagnos is the converter board? pls help ...what particullar part its trouble

thanks friend for i dea i check the flex that connect to the scanner and i found it the problem the flex have tear that why its cause problem,i replace new and its ok...thnk
