Replace the toner.... and make sure it is the correct toner for the machine. Use OEM toner not any generic.

That's it. As the toner cartridge gets you'll see "image cycle" more and more often until you get the Add Toner indication.

Sure, you can change a setting to get the Add Toner indication at 10% remaining, before the "image cycle" messages, but isn't that a huge waste of toner?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Adding Toner

Sometimes there is a belt behind the mainboard that becomes worn very badly and begins to slip it runs from the bypass up to the toner add system. It is not very fun to replace.

if u are slim , u can easily replace the belt with in 15 to 30 min.
if u are fat or over weight , my friend ......... it will take take more than a hour to replace the toner drive belt . every month i am wasting one hour for this belt replacement. so i am trying to loss my weight.
