KM-2050 Paper Pickup problem

I have KM-2050 and after 600000 copies Tray-2 was unable to pick up paper, So I have changed a pick up roller of tray1 & tray 2. But still Tray-2 is unable to pick up the paper, What would I have to check? (Tray 1 is working fine)

pull out the tray two feed section, see if there is paper torn in it.

has the feed tires and sep roller ever been change? If not replace them.

I have seen the feed clutch go out on these a couple of times. Matter of fact the last one I ordered had definitely been modified from the original.

I have solve the problem. Problem is with the separation tyres and clutch. I have change sepration tyres and aligned the gears along with clutch. and problem is solved thank you for your feed back
