    KM 4850

    Has anyone come across a KM4850 when copying or Scanning displays
    Memory Full and pulls in the original only about 10mm ,It spits out a blank sheet of paper .Then u need to output the original to reset.
    Also you cannot print out a test print or Maitenance codes etc.
    Any Ideas?

      try setting the compression rate to LOW. You will find it in MACHINE DEFAULT under ADMIN SETTING.

          You can add more memory to the IPU board. Just pulls out what is in there to see what it takes and you can order some more online from any computer place.

              Format the Hard Disk and initializes the controller through the web manager. If still facing the problem then try to do the whole OS and controller re-installation. Build 3.3 product library is working fine.

                  check cables

                  Check the cables of the controller board command goes to main board and jpeg goes to scanner directly, when cables mix this error occures
