i recently got a couple of these machines in and i can not get either one to duplex. according to all the paperwork they should and according the user guide we are programing the machine right. has anyone delt with one of these machines before? seemed to be a good little machine for the money, but so far has been user unfriendly! thanx

Not that I have seen one of these oh so promising machines, but how are you trying to duplex? The doc feeder only feeds single sided, repeat DOES NOT REVERSE. So it's not possible to make a 2 to 2 copy. Only 1 to 2. -

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
