The duplex rollers aren't turning on on the 2nd side. All voltages on drive board are at spec. Clutches are actuating in test mode. Put it all together and still jams. have replaced the duplex clutch.
2310 jam at duplex every time

Check your paper path switches. Go to Sim 33 (I think, might be one or two either side of 33), cheat the door switch or place small piece of paper over switch, and see which one isn't highlighted. I see this a few times a year, and I keep these switches in the van at all times. It might even be one of the switches in the switchable output feeder (right above the fusing unit) causing the problem.
Good luck.... -
The switchable output feeder is most likely the culprit as the previous poster suggested. The paper switches get damaged from the heat of the fuser as the SOF is mounted directly above the fuser. Another thing that happens with those is cracking of the plastic paper guides. Of course, this causes a more obvious jam.But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Duplex was an option on this model...make sure the connector is tight. Also, on the rear frame side of the Switchable output feeder, a couple of the gears have one-way pulleys inside, and may not grab the shaft if dry. A bit of spray lube will almost always fix this, so that the pulley grabs the shaft as intended and the roller turns properly.
Did you replace both switches in the Switchable output feeder (there are 2)? I only ask because this is the cause of most duplex problems in this model.
I have a junker in the shop I'll check tomorrow to see if anything else jogs my memory..........Comment

I'm an idiot! I replaced 2 sensors last time, but after your reply I relized I didn't do 2 in the switchable output feeder! Went back today, found the 2nd one and replaced it. Fixed! Thanks!Comment
