    KM 4035

What would be a likely cause of 11x17 paper wrinkling when duplexing??? It doesn't happen every time. Fuser rollers are good. Paper is exiting into the finisher. I did switch it to the inner tray before I left but did not watch it copy yet I have not heard back from customer yet. The customer is using 35% recycled paper. I did see it wrinkle so bad that the copier misfed; the paper could not make it through the finisher.
    Thanks!!!

How level is the floor the machine is setting on? The MFP frame is soft enough to conform to your floor surface. When you do move it to a more level spot it will take a while for the frame to conform to the floor in the new location.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did you try both paper feed trays and make sure the side guides are set correctly. Feed tires being bald but more than likely it is your paper I would suggest trying a fresh ream out of your office to see if the problem duplicates itself.

I would have to agree with Craig on the side guide thing. Sometimes they can get loose just with regular use (or when customers aggressively yank on them). Try locking down the guides with those little self-tapping screws that come with the machine and see if the problem goes away.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I think it's a paper issue- try fresh paper.

Sounds like the floor to me too. Move the machine to another spot for a test run. At least a couple of days.
