c2352 code on a 400ci giving one of our techs a headache. He called support and ask for help and all he got was replace some boards. color cleaning motor at fault
Not on a Saturn, but on a Voyager the cleaning units are driven by the paper conveying motor. On the Voyager, if the bevel gears that drive the waste toner portion of the toner cartridge start to skip, then toner rocks will start to collect in the waste toner collectors, and in the cleaning units.
I haven't had a very close look at the waste toner drive on the Saturn (I know its really different), but that is where I'd start. Then I'd check for a seizing color cleaning unit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I have a 300ci throwing the same code, took the back off turned on the power switch all the motors turn, could it still be one of the motors? I noticed Texchar555 said the motor was "going out"
