CS-250ci "SLEEP CPU" ERROR
Has anyone seen a "SLEEP CPU" ERROR when updating Firmware on a CS-250ci (or 300/400/500ci)? Any idea how to resolve this?

You'll need to start by loading a special set of (3) firmware files to load the engine firmware only. Once that succeeds you can load the combined firmware.
When it was at version 5.0, I had to do this for a "Hi-Voltage CPU-ERROR" when loading firmware to a CS-250ci. The files I have are for version 5.0. With that done a person could load the combined firmware 5.0, then upgrade to 6.0
To get the version 6.0 engine firmware only files you'll need to call the hotline. Otherwise send a PM.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
