Task Alpha Output issue

I have a Taskalpha 250 which is outputting the prints to the inner body tray (top tray)) as default, however if the customer sends more than one page, it sends it out to the fininshing tray (tray a), if I try and set the defalt output for the copies to the top tray all the options are greyed out.

ANy ideas?

You may have logged an C8xxx error which has disabled the finisher. Reset in simulation U906, and the output options will become available.

If you're getting finisher errors, check that you're firmware is at least at v 5.00, preferably v. 6.00

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
