We are setting up the new TaskAlfa 420 and 520 boxes which are essentially Falcon Fours. We discovered when you input the color info from the test target and scan it during the scanner setup it will screw up your scanner aligment settings. Anybody seen this or know of a fix?

we are currently having problems with the 520i which the scanner was "corrupted" according to tech support. We need to run the sheets through the doc feeder and off the glass to sort it back out.
I dont know about anyone else, but we have been experiencing lots of problems with the 420i and 520i
