If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Anyone else still getting this code? I have a customer printing a power point documents and it gives cf248 on 2 out of 40 pages only when doing in color on the TA500ci. When done in B/W no problem or when done on their Xerox it works. Customer also has TA400ci with exact same code. Firmware is at latest 9.01. Print Driver is latest as well. Have also set security to low on machine but no joy. It is almost like there is a security setting in power point that causes just these 2 pages to code.

I doubt it's a security setting. Try a different print language (PCL XL, KPDL, etc.).

That was my thought, too. Try PCL XL in the driver. Leave the printer emulation at Auto. =^..^=

Update firmware to 9.0. If you read the notes you will see many entries that address CF248.
