    Task alfa 300ci destination

I installed a brand new kyocera Taskalfa 300ci 220V the destination setting U252 has been set to Europe so I can get A4 /A3 paper size because in our country we use those size paper althought we locate in the Caribbean . My question is if it neccessary to perform U021 after setting destination has been change. One more thing our punch machine has three holes in the tough panel we see two and four holes? Any suggest?

No, you don't have to do U021 after changing destination. In fact it's the reverse. When you do U021 you must reset your destination.

Regarding the punch, I am not familiar with the specific punch options. I know there's an A, B, C & D. The only one I've actually seen is the "A" used in the US. I suspect that the punch option that you have will function, though displaying the wrong number of holes. Have you tested the punch functionality yet? I'll be interested in how this turns out. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
