Not really sure what is going on ??? I seem to recall playing around when we got our first 1128MFP in to make sure it could scan to a folder & save the address etc. I THOUGHT I remembered it having inbound routing going to email or network folder. I went to install one at a customers yesterday & cannot find it anywhere. There hasn't been a firmware update that I can see, so I don't think it was taken away. Any ideas or just start hitting the sauce early for Thanksgiving ?

Thanks for the reply Aragul. I have the SMTP server & all that set. It will scan to email fine. Are the inbound routing settings in the address book ?Comment

I've set it up on Sharp & Toshiba's so that incoming faxes get routed to a folder or email. I thought I remembered seeing it on the 1128MFP. They're on backorder so we don't have any on our showroom floor.
ThanksComment

I missed the part about faxing.
There's supposed to be some way to do fax forwarding from the Command Center, but I don't have an 1128 nearby to play with. You can set it up from the panel through System Menu -> Fax -> Reception -> Forward Settings. Just turn Forwarding on and then give it a destination. You can choose something from the address book or type it in separately.
Page 4-16 in the 1128 Fax manual describes all of the options.Comment

THAT'S IT !!!!
That's what I was looking for. I kept searching for "routing" in all the manuals. Sharp calls it inbound routing & Toshiba calls it offramp routing.
I appreciate the help.Comment
