I've got the same problem now!!!
my customer has about 150 users... custom boxes set up and also job accounting etc. etc....
the last thing I want is to loose all of those settings.
also all the "finely tuned" service settings I've made in simulation mode.........
Is there a way to reset just the command centre password??? (for sure)

I can't remember exactly how I did it once but you need to go into system menu on the machine. Select accounting . Input the default code ie : Password = 3000 Username = 3000. Somewhere in there is the option to turn the User & Password off for command centre which defaults command centre back to admin00.
          Good luck.
