    kyocera 5035 hdd format error

    I have a KM5035 with this hdd format error,
    i have ran scan/chk disk.. no bueno.. format hdd... still no go away
    is there a service on/off for the hdd? the client is not printing to this mach so it wont matter

    i removed the HDD for now

      this was a problem with the hdd itself. and your right if your talking about the printer hdd then as long as they dont send any print job or group of print jobs larger than standard memory you should never have another problem. I have removed a hdd in the past for this very reason and has never been an issue. if they want mail boxes or any other special print storage than you will need to replace the old hdd.

        Perform sim 906 after that system error appear press 10871087 then do sim 24
