I have a C-3232E getting J-18's from LCC jam sits behind copier bottom side door, so far I have replaced vertical conveying clutches, timing switches, and I'm going to do the modified side door, although I tried doubling up the springs allready. Is there something I'm missing , I have fixed this problem in the past with clutches. Thanks in advanced JDD

The doubled up springs on the door idlers has solved this issue for me. That and cleaning the vertical feed rollers. Sorry, nothing new to add.
Hey, is that a PF-750? Have you looked at the plastic tab that breaks on the left side feed mechanism? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes Blackcat I did have him check that.I also was thinking abaut the fact it has a 3000 sheet finisher and to look at how they pull down on the left side door but usually thats a different jam code' and the paper does not get up that far anyway.Comment

You'll usually only see the finisher issue if there is an OEM stand. They have a way of collapsing under the machine weight. If you're using a Quality Cabinets aftermarket stand or a PF-750 or a PF-710 they can support the machine just fine.
There have been a few cases where the carpet was especially thick, and the machine sank deeper into the carpet than the DF-710. For these I cut some 36mm diameter disks of 5mm luan with carpet tape on one side, to shim between the PF unit and the machine. This is off topic though, since J81 is the jam code for this issue.
I have read about a problem with the PF-750, in which the setup tech picks up the cassette base by the top crossmembers and deforms the upper frame. I haven't experienced this personnally, but I think that is where I would look next. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
