    KM-6030 trouble with transparencies/OHP

Ok I have a problematic KM6030, it gets used like crazy. Last time I was there it was 52K copies in 20 days and it's a school so that means like 15-17 actual days of work.
It jams a little more often then what should be normal, despite it's high work load. But the most problematic bit at the moment is whenever you run OHP/transparencies.
They are setting everything correctly and when they run 1 it works fine, but if you run more than 1 the 2nd one jam in the exit section and then every one after, ruining them. The customer has to wait awhile then she can run another 1.
Anyone run into this before? it's not jamming on normal paper, just these.
    Any ideas/advice would be great.

Does it pull the whole stack out of the Bypass tray at once?

Is it flipping them over after they go throgh the fuser to get them face down or up in the exit tray? Warm transparencies are pretty flimsey.

What jam code do you get?

I would try a differnt type of transparency sheet and see what the result is, also try some really heavy card in the bypass, this will indicate wether the fault is with the copier or the paper
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

They feed 1 at a time, they come out face up (already changed it so it wasn't slipping into the duplex to flip over)
First works just fine, then every one from that point does this reverse S shaped coil in the exit unit behind the fuser and it melts together a bit.
Informed the customer to try a different kind of transparencies, I DID check that the ones being used were "For Laser Printers".
Will update when I find out more.

          check firmware

I have had this happen and even though it was set for face up it was using the reverse section. I would flash with latest firmware.
