    Seems like the image is not fixed on the paper, however, the heater is on temperature, it doesn't give an error, the pressure roller is not out of position, also a gray image. Customer indicates this happened after he added toner. (its the right toner) Someone knows when and at what counter the developer and drum must be replaced ?
    Don't have a service manual on this one.

    try 10871087, put U131 to 141, then pump toner U135, (try to copy, do it again until the image came solid), afterwards then put back data on U131 back to where it was before.]
    the the copy life of the drum is usually the same as KM1505 series which is 100k
