    KM-C2525E receiving fax in computer

    Hello Folks
    We have a KM-2525E set up to send fax to our windows 7 computer as PDF files. Last week
    hard drive crashed and we needed to set up this computer again. Now we are not receiving
    fax on the computer anymore.

    I have no idea what to do. From the documents I figured we need to set up the "Scan Utiltiy" which
    I did. But its still not doing anything. There is no documentation anywhere how to set this up. If any of you
    guys could help, that will be great.

      The latest version of the SFU is v. 4.10.01 which is compatible with Vista, but says nothing about "7". It doesn't appear to be available on the public website www.kyoceramita.com
      I've heard rumors that the SFU works on Windows 7 but I haven't tried it myself yet.

      This is the closest I have to instructions. It's on a different version of the SFU so please disregard the latter part of the programming on the machine itself. the VoyagerE does not require programming on the MFP.

      You may need to get an older PC to run this utility. =^..^=

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          Thanks a bunch blackcate. So I guess, if I put the right folder number on computer ( in scan utility), I hope that will take care of the problem, since we have the same ip address assigned to thecomputer after reinstall. I will try it on Monday.
