Kyocera royal copystar 6330 question

Has anyone seen where you can print out maint reports but multiple pages or duplex copies jam, for example 1 page copies OK, 2 page copy (single sided) 1st page comes out of finisher 2nd page ends up in duplex tray, on duplex copy 1 single sided page comes out of finisher (doesn't feed into duplexor), I have updated firmware (per tech supt) and the next step suggested is replaceing ENGINE PCB.

Any Ideas?
