    Guess is this one ?

    How can I reset all IB-23 settings back to their factory default values?
    With a browser:
    1. Access the IB-23 webpage. ( http:// ip adress of your printer )
    2. On the Basic tab, click Reset. Click Set All Network settings to Factory Default.

    PS resetting IP adress also may have to reconfigure

      If you have a network card you can send the following PreScribe command:

      !R! ACNT "REST";EXIT;
      to reset the admin password, or

      !R! EGRE;EXIT;
      to reset the engine (everything).

      If you don't have the network card, I don't know what you would do. Maybe the next time I would just leave the password as the default. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
