    [CQ] Taskalfa 300ci

    We have this machine already 6 months the copy count is 40k.
    When print in colors always we got some spots on printout from the beginning any idea?
    Tags: 300ci, black, color, color copies, copies, copy, copy count, count, cyan, dots, drum, ect, firmware, image, kit, magenta, magnification, monochrome, print, refresh, replaced, resolve, spots, taskalfa, warranty, yellow

      Make a monochrome cyan, magenta, yellow or black color copies and verifies what color tipe are the dots and after replaced the drum kit in warranty, some of them have failed with this problem !

      This problem don't can resolve it with new firmware !!

          Maybe it can be resolved by a firmware update. If the machine is running one of the first firmware versions, it can be a good idea to update.

              if you have access to kmaconnect... then check out the webinars... they give you a trick to work on the issue... but it will only last for a time... no permanent fixes for it yet...

                  Please make sure that you also have installed the latest firmware version and to be sure write down your previous values (just in case we need to put back the old values).

                  MEASURES:

                  Enter Service Simulation U140.
                  Execute “Dev Roll2 Duty”
                  Change the value of all to 317
                  Enter Service Simulation U464.
                  Execute “AC Calib Magnification”
                  Change the value of all to -5
                  Execute “AC Calibration”
                  Execute developer refresh in service menu
